Our core team of trainers consists of qualified and trained individuals from various backgrounds (Psychology, Education, Job Training, ABA, and Nursing). They are the backbone support in ensuring that all our students receive the best quality of education, guidance and care in our centre. Our trainers are dedicated, passionate, and responsible individuals who work with students and their caregivers (parents) for higher success rates in producing independent and self-sufficient special needs individuals.
All our trainers have obtained at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields from local or oversea universities and have gone through necessary training prior to working with our students.
Has a BSc (Hons) Double Major in Psychology & HR Management and was awarded the Dean List from University of Upper Iowa in the United States. Mr. Samuel has gathered a lot of valuable experienced in taking care of children with autism from a wide range of the spectrum - mild to severe autism. He has worked with kids from 4 years old up to 25 year old young adults. He previously worked in an established Autism centre in Malaysia and was trained by highly qualified ABA Consultants from overseas. During his years providing ABA therapy he has earned many acknowledgement from parents and teachers. Mr. Samuel applies flexible and natural approach of Applied Behavioural Analysis which is child centred and is catered for each kid differently.As of late, Mr. Samuel has moved on to a new project which caters to the vocational skill development and certification programs for special needs youth in order to help secure a better future for them
Megan Wood is a Child Psychologist who graduated with a Masters Degree in Child Psychology from a local private university following the completion of her Double Major Bachelor's Degree in Science majoring in Psychology & Communication from Upper Iowa University. Megan is currently an active member of the Malaysian Psychological Association (PSIMA). Megan’s clientele are mostly children between the ages of 2 years to 18 years old who present a wide range psychological, emotional, and behavioural disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Anger issues (ODD), Anxiety, Selective Mutism, Developmental Delays and many more. However, she often caters to the needs of parents by encouraging their involvement and providing guidance / coaching as well as counselling services. In addition, Megan also provides training for school teachers and caregivers who work with the child for an overall improvement.
Megan conducts a variety of screenings and comprehensive assessments in order to better understand the specific needs of each child. This is then followed by the development of suitable programs / intervention plans for the individuals which will be carried out in therapy or counselling sessions.
